On Saturday, 11 June 2022 members of the SAPS in Gauteng joined by other law enforcement agencies, representatives of the Community Policing Forum and various other stakeholders participated in a #CommunityOutreach event hosted at Kenton Primary school in Brackenhurst.
The event created a platform for the SAPS members to interact with community members on crime related topics and showcase various careers within the Service.
Community members were delighted to a “hijacking” scenario which was demonstrated by the SAPS members. Community members also had an opportunity to meet K9 “Billy” and “Daisy” as well as SAPS horses “Cantien” and “Baron”.
