At 17H36 Thursday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Bowling Avenue in Eastgate, Sandton.
Reports from the scene alledge that an unknown number of men attempted to hijack a thirty year old female driving a SUV.
The woman managed to escape but lost control colliding with another car and knocking down a traffic light.
The patient escaped injury and declined ambulance transportation to hospital.
