Butterworth Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit {FCS) arrested a 32 year old man for alleged rape of a 22-year-old woman.
It is alleged that the victim was offered soft drink by the suspect and she drank it. She became unconscious and discovered the following morning that she was raped by the suspect.
The crime was committed on Wednesday, 01 May 2019 at about 21h00 at Jingqi Locality, Dumalisile Village, Willowvale. The victim was discovered by her boyfriend the following morning that she was raped by the suspect. The suspect is due to appear before the Centane Magistrate’s Court on Monday, 06 May 2019.
