A video of an elephant snooping around a land cruiser with a family inside made rounds on the internet. While a family was driving through a nature reserve they were approached by an elephant. The father stopped the vehicle and then shut it off, waiting for the elephant to move along. However, the elephant didn’t move along as the family had planned.
The elephant came close to the family’s vehicle, scaring the family. As the elephant was busy looking around the car, it pushed itself against the land cruiser. The daughter started being anxious and repeatedly asked her father to close the window on her side of the car, which would scare the elephant. The father ignored the daughter because he knew that he needed to start the car in order to close the window.
The daughter’s anxiety led her to start praying. In the prayer the daughter asked God to make the elephant to move away from their land cruiser. While she was praying, the elephant moved away from the vehicle. When the perfect opportunity came the father then sped off away from the huge elephant. The father, Jakes Oosthuizen, spoke to Jacaranda FM about the whole ordeal that occurred.
