WESTERN CAPE – The vigilance of members attached to the Winelands Cluster Crime Prevention Unit resulted in the arrest of two suspects for dealing in dagga this morning.
During crime prevention duties the suspects aged 28 and 32 were spotted in their white VW polo under suspicious circumstances, which prompted a search of the vehicle. This search led to the discovery of 3kg compressed dagga with an estimated street value of R20 000-00 and an undisclosed amount of cash. Once charged, the suspects are expected to make their court appearances in Paarl.
