Tweeps Stand Up For Leanne Manas Amidst Ntsiki Mazwai Bashing. They were celebrating her 15 years with the show since it started.
This morning people were celebrating SABC 2’s ‘Morning Live’ host Leanne Manas. They were celebrating her 15 years with the show since it started. However, Ntsiki Mazwai came in and bashed the host, saying that she’s not good at her occupation but she’s enjoying white privilege.
“No I don’t think Leanne Manna is amazing at her job- I think she is just white. And enjoying privilege. She can’t speak indigenous languages. She is African,” says Ntsiki Mazwai. Leanne Manas went on to tell her that she is entitled to her own opinion. “Good morn Ntsiki…it’s “Manas” and everyone is entitled to an opinion and a place in this country. I respect views,” says the Morning Live host. Tweeps also came in defence of Leanne Manas.
One tweep says this wasn’t the first time the ‘Show Me Love’ host said this to Leanne Manas. The tweep says, “This is not the first time that ntsiki attacks Leanne unprovoked, she clearly has serious problem however, Leanne is not easily provoked and her response is always a dignified one…” One tweep says, “Leave Leanne Manas alone…why can’t you embrace another woman when she has done well remember its women month please stop what you are doing I’m really disappointed…” One tweep called Ntsiki Mazwai a Mabena. The tweep says, “Leanne leave this one. She’s the Mabena of her family. She’s black, speaks indigenous but sucks at her hustles.” One tweep says, “Don’t mind her Leanne, She is crazy this one…”
