Sizwe Dhlomo and Vusi Thembekwayo have been on each other’s backs for as long as people can remember. Sizwe has been mocking the public speaker for most of the wrong things that he says or for every flaw of his. This time the media personality supposedly bashed Vusi for a statement he recently said on social media.
The public speaker spoke about his leadership tips for choosing an employee in the corporate market. “Leadership Tip: Don’t interview people. Interview the people and companies they used to work with and for. People will present a picture of themselves. The picture they want you to believe. Rather talk to the people that have actually experienced that person,” says Vusi Thembekwayo. The public speaker stated reasons to justify his statement. However, social media users didn’t agree with the public speaker.
The social media users stated their reasons as to why it isn’t that much of a good idea for them. Vusi Thembekwayo’s counterpart, Sizwe Dhlomo, was supposedly bringing the shade. “Lol! Man’s said interview the company like managers have hours to spare for someone who’s trying to poach their employees…Interviews are not about testimonials, that’s what references & resumes are for. Interviews are to ascertain personality & social characteristics, then determine whether or not they are fit within your organisation,” says Sizwe Dhlomo. Most of the people seemed to agree with the media personality.
