Kop is battling to keep it together at work because he’s burning the candle at both ends. Ron walks into a trap that turns nasty. Miles and Lu are trying to console each other when S’bu arrives with shocking news.

Kop is asked to choose between his job and his business. Gail is horrified when she finds Big Man’s shirt covered in blood. Connie shares a horrifying secret with Lucilla, which brings the sisters back together.

Kop discovers that a rival business has opened up in the neighbourhood. David realises that Gail is beginning to doubt Big Man, and he plays on her doubts. Miles makes a prayer for togetherness.

Miles loses control and beats up Lesedi when he finds him alone with Buhle. Big Man asks Gail for a second chance after lying to her about David and Rocky. Mamokete and Kop discover that Jafta and Bash are behind “Better than Kop’s” repairs.

Lucilla visits Lesedi in hospital and she’s totally unprepared for what he has to say to her. Gail decides to give Big Man another chance on condition that they start on a clean slate.

Victoria cannot get hold of Miles. Kop reluctantly helps Jafta out of a tight spot. Ron persuades David to get off Big Man’s back. Lucilla gets a shocking phone call from Connie.

Everyone in the Vilakazi household is coming to terms with the fact that Miles is being investigated for culpable homicide. Teddy saves the day by providing a limo for the matric dance and Reneilwe finds out that he is Mampho’s date.

Big Man reveals that he’s worried about retaliation from his old gang. Victoria worries that Miles may be involved in the murder, but can’t remember.

Episode 1875
The girls leave for the matric dance, and Mamokete becomes wistful that she never had a matric dance of her own. Big Man is troubled when his picture is published in the City Times. Gail is spooked when she gets a calling card from the 66 gang.

Lucilla confesses to Miles and then worries what Miles will do with the truth. Gail receives a piece of skin with a 66er tattoo on it in the mail. Kop discovers that if he doesn’t have a regular income, the bank can’t give Reneilwe a student loan.

As a last resort, Gail turns to David for help. Miles is determined to take the heat for Lucilla, but he’s not prepared for the pressure he receives from Stofberg. Meanwhile, Kop is caught between a rock and a hard place.

Kop goes back to work at Redemption. Miles implores everyone to be supportive in these difficult times. Connie confronts Lucilla about whether she killed Lesedi.

Bash steps on Niki’s toes and goes to Suffo to ask for a job. Big Man worries that David will betray him, but before he can flee with Gail, he’s arrested. Stofberg tries to arrest Lucilla.

Suffo sees Niki with new eyes. The murder allegations are beginning to have bad consequences for Redemption Records. Connie wants revenge on Miles, and takes it out on Lucilla.

S’bu urges Miles to show the CCTV footage to the cops in order to clear his name. Big Man finds out what turning state’s witness would entail. Suffo convinces Fats to listen to Niki’s ideas for Kilowatt.

Fats is unhappy with Niki’s proposal and is very vocal about it. Big Man proposes to Gail. Their hopes for a future are dashed when they get a surprise visit from Rocky. Lucilla is starting to crack under the pressure.

The secret that Miles, Lucilla and S’bu are holding about who really killed Lesedi continues to weigh heavily on all of them. Gail struggles to deal with what happened to Big Man. Fats is counting on Niki’s Kilowatt ladies night to fail.

Ladies night was a huge success. Suffo wants Niki to play a more prominent role in the club, but Fats wants no part of it. Gail’s freaking out at the cops for their inability to do anything about Big Man’s killing.

Niki feels like Fats and Puleng are ganging up on her at Kilowatt. Gail sinks into depression over Big Man. S’bu tells Sifiso about Miles’ tumour. Miles refuses to break his silence, even for S’bu’s sake.

Shado urges him to stand up for himself against the murder accusations. Gail can’t find out what happened to Big Man’s body. The relationship between Niki and Fats grows more unbearable.

The boys counsel Fats to back down from his ultimatum. Lucilla tries to persuade Thandi not to run the story about Miles, Buhle and Lesedi. Niki tries to persuade Suffocate to make Fats feel like he matters.
