This afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a Pedestrian vehicle collision on the M25 Kwa Mashu Highway.
Reports from the scene indicate that an adult male pedestrian was struck down by a light motor vehicle while crossing the road.
Medics assessed the scene and found that the patient had sustained fatal injuries and was declared deceased on the scene.
The driver of the car escaped injury.
