Not Everyone Is Happy About Castle Light Unlocking Post Malone At The #CastleLiteUnlocks Pop – Up. The concert aims to bring someone that has never performed on the South African stage every year.
Castle Lite brings annually brings international artists to the South African stage. They bring the new artists in what is called Castle Lite Unlocks. This year they brought the Beerbongs and Bentleys artist, Post Malone. The artist was revealed on Wednesday.
The artist has been nominated four times at the Grammys for 2019. His most recognised songs are Psycho and Rockstar. The Castle Lite Unlocks has been able to bring international artists to South Africa. Castle Lite keeps on giving fans what they want every year.
The concert aims to bring someone that has never performed on the South African stage every year. The unlocking happened at a pop-up in Newtown, Johannesburg. However, not everyone was excited about the reveal of the artist that was unlocked at the Castle Lite Unlocks event. Some of the tweeps were actually really happy that the Rockstar hit maker was coming to South Africa.
One tweep says, “I don’t know about y’all losers but I’m going to see Post Malone.” Another tweep says, “So excited about Post Malone #CatleLiteUnlocks thank you for this one.” Other tweeps were really disappointed in the artist that Castle Lite revealed at the Castle Lite Unlocks pop – up. One tweep says, “Really? Are you guys serious?” Another tweep also says, “#CastleLiteUnlocks so disappointed in you. We’ll try agin next year coz wow”
One tweep asked who Post Malone was, with another one saying that they keeps looking at the promo video hoping it’ll be a different artist. Some of the other acts on the line-up are Cassper Nyovest, Rouge, Sway and Nomoozlie.
