On Tuesday, people were left feeling some type of way on 1Magic’s ‘The River’ with the scene between Lindiwe Dikana and Tumi Mokeoena. The estranged mother and daughter had a bit of a talk, which had Lindiwe pouring her heart out letting Tumi know that she’s trying to build a relationship with her. However, Tumi didn’t want anything to do with Lindiwe because the mother has broken her heart numerous times.
The emotions that were flying had some viewers feeling emotional. Black Twitter reacted to the scene. One tweep says, “I can’t be the only one who cried after that scene [of] Tumi and Lindiwe…” One tweep says, “The thing about Sindi Dlathu is she makes you feel whatever Lindiwe is feeling. You laugh with her and cry with her. Gifted performer.” One tweep says, “Lindiwe is lucky yazi! I can’t believe I am crying for her. After everything she did…”
