“Karima Brown Is A Complete Embarrassment To Journalism”- Says Hellen Zille. She also criticised the party for only having grievances to some of the sides of the elections, the apparent grievances happened because they were supposedly losing to the Freedom Front Plus.

Democratic Alliance Western Cape Premiere Helen Zille insulted Journalist Karim Brown’s professional behaviour after a comment she made. This happened after her interview with the Democratic Alliance MP, James Selfe, yesterday (Thursday). Karima had her own opinion of what happened in order for the Democratic Alliance to lose white voters.

She also criticised the party for only having grievances to some of the sides of the elections, the apparent grievances happened because they were supposedly losing to the Freedom Front Plus. Brown also said that the Democratic Alliance party agents could’ve stopped people from voting multiple times. Karima told James Selfe: “More importantly because you had party agents giving you information in real time, you could have actually stopped it from happening, so people didn’t have to vote twice.”

She said that they could’ve had the party agents to stop the people from voting more than once. She also said that the party agents should be there to protect the interests of the party agents. She said the DA is not grieving about the infrastructure of the voting stations. She also said, “The objections that you raise may be factual but they are driven by the fact that your support is being eaten by the Freedom Front Plus.”

Helen Zille replied to a tweet that sent a video of Karima Brown’s criticism of the Democratic Alliance. The Western Cape Premiere said what Brown said is a complete embarrassment to journalism. She also said: “She has been a disgrace since her days on the SABC. She was Iqbal Surve’s ANC-handmaiden at “Independent” newspapers.” She also questioned as to how the party agents would know about that people voted at different voting districts. Tweeps agreed with Helen Zille on what Karima Brown said.
