Karabo Mokoena’s Mother Sends Words Of Comfort To Uyinene’s Family. Karabo Mokoena’s Mother, Keabetswe Mokoena, was in pain when she heard that her daughter was murdered.

Karabo Mokoena’s Mother, Keabetswe Mokoena, was in pain when she heard that her daughter was murdered. The woman was murdered by Sandile Mantsoe. Karabo’s mother sent words of comfort to the family of Uyinene as the same way the man reacted towards their daughter is the same way Sandile acted in court in Karabo Mokoena’s case.

According to reports, Sandile Mantsoe smiled and laughed with the people that were backing him up when the court processes were in session. The alleged killer of Uyinene Mrwetyana also allegedly bragged about how hard the University of Cape Town student fought for her life and then ended up hitting her with a scale after sexually assaulting her. The mother of Karabo Mokoena knows the pain of losing a daughter very well. According to W24, the mother said the family should take its own time in mourning the loss of Uyinene.

“We know your pain all too well. You have suffered tremendous loss, and no one should ever dictate to you how long your grieving process will be. Be patient with yourselves, stay around the people that love you and want to support you during this trying time, this is essential for your healing,” says Keabetswe Mokoena. Karabo’s sister, Bontle Mokoena, says that she hasn’t let the pain of losing her sister subside, she just learned how to live with it. The sister says at first she pushed people away. “At first I didn’t want anyone near me. I went through the deepest depression ever. I couldn’t be in a relationship or have friends, I had to take medication just to cope,” says Bontle Mokoena.
