Recently separated (4-5 weeks) and by now all of my friends and co-workers know it. Tried to keep it low key, but….. Being on Facebook and occasionally “checking in” at locations, a female co-worker has commented, at work and on FB about not getting an invite when I’m at Buffalo Wild Wings. So, I worked up the courage to pm her through FB with an invite to lunch one day next week The day and time were specified. She accepted! My intentions are for this to simply be a casual lunch, to talk with her about herself, possibly some work, etc. I also intend to pay for lunch. I am not expecting anything else. The question I have is this ” Do I wait for her in the parking lot and walk in with her or do I arrive a bit early and am already seated when she arrives. I know this sounds simply and possibly corny but I have been married for 37 of my 56 years. Widowed once and now soon to be divorced so I just do not have a clue when it comes to these things. thank you.
