The new Sunday episode of Mzansi Magic’s ‘Date My Family’ was eventful. The bachelor was a technician by the name of John Hlahla. The first family, Trudy’s, he met didn’t have a problem with him, they felt as if he was quite decent.
The first family told him that the potential date doesn’t drink, she couldn’t believe what they were saying because she drinks. One of the family member’s felt as if he was bragging when he talked about his career. However, one of the friends felt that it was easy to control him. In the second family, Sinah’s family, they asked the bachelor why his past relationship didn’t work out he told them that they had a misunderstanding because of his drinking, so it was best to end it.
He also told the second family that he goes out drinking with his friends, they had no problem as long as he gets home on time. At the third family, Lebohang’s family, he asked the sister to show herself off to possibly see how the potential date looks like. However, the sister was uncomfortable because she is married. The way the man told the sister to turn around got the attention of social media. One tweep says, “John is flirting with the sister…” One tweep says, “That “turn around”…Was a bit uncomfortable…” One tweep says, “…Such disrespect… women are not objects…”
