At 13H10 Wednesday afternoon Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on Charles de Gaulle Crescent in Highveld Centurion.
Reports from the scene indicate that a SUV and a motorcycle were involved in a collision.
Paramedics assessed the scene and found that the motorcyclist, an adult male sustained serious and required Advanced Life Support intervention to stabilise him.
Once treated the patient was transported by private ambulance service to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
