Mulalo and Teboho’s wedding is struck by a disaster. Thandaza and Teboho have a blowout. Thuli wonders about her relationship with Tumahole.
Busani continues to be by Joyce’s side. Thandaza is summoned to Thathe and fears that she is about to be kicked out of the Mukwevho family.

Teboho and Mulalo’s wedding goes ahead. Azwindini can’t decide whether to give Busani the go-ahead on his plan to overhaul MH. Busani is terrified when Joyce collapses in hospital.

Joyce is worried that she is not going to make it. She asks Thandaza to look after Busani. Susan is not looking forward to meeting the new doctor at the clinic.
Mukwevho Holdings is no more. Sizwe is offered a permanent position at MH.

Busani launches Mukwevho Construction with much fanfare. Busani phones the hospital only to hear that Joyce has passed on. Thandaza learns about Joyce’s death, informing everyone at work.
