WESTERN CAPE – Bishop Lavis police are seeking the assistance of the public to trace 37-year-old Marshal Andrè Issacs who was last seen at his Bishop Lavis residence on 20 April 2020. Marshal who is mentally challenged has also been seen in the vicinity of the Bishop Lavis sports field.
