Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha have been in the headlines for a lot of things for some time. They were in the headlines when an Instagram Live video of Mampintsha beating up Babes Wodumo went viral, they were then in the news because of their sudden weight loss. Now, the couple is in the news because of a show that looks at the life they live.
The show will be hosted by the ‘Uyajola 9/9’ host Jub Jub. The show doesn’t seem to be getting as much love as anticipated from the public. Black Twitter had different reactions to the show being aired on Thursday evening. One tweep says, “What a toxic mess, I still can’t believe the channel went ahead with the show.” One tweep says, “…basically MojaLove is giving Mampintsha a platform to act innocent.” One tweep says, “Clearly Moja Love has lost content, such a show? Some tweeps feel as if the show will show Mapintsha in a positive light. “On this #BabesMampintsha show, Moja Love will portray Mampintsha as a loving man, someone who gives back to the community & someone who put Babes first, because surely Mampintsha wouldn’t agree to this if the show talks about his abusive and possessive behaviour,” says one tweep.
