This year’s Mr SA competition was ridiculed this year because the contestants were not up to the standards of some people. However, there was one person that most people wanted to win, Pinkie Salman. The competition took place this past weekend but the people’s choice, Pinkie Salman, didn’t get to win the competition. He went on Twitter to tell his followers that he didn’t get chosen in the finals.

He told his followers that he will keep on moving because this is not the end for him. He directed the tweet to the people on Black Twitter. The tweet read: “Black Twitter, sorry to tell you that I did not make it. There is always a next time. Congratulations to the winners of the night.” The event happened in Cape Town. The winner was Heinrich Gabler.

Pinkie Salman became the most loved contestant when the names of the contestants were released in April along with their pictures on Twitter. Most of the people on Black Twitter were against the contestants because of how they look. He told TimesLive that he is not shaken by the outcome of the event. On Twitter he said: I am good enough, the achiever , touched people’s heart & I will keep on moving because I can! Life goes on.”
