This Man Was Almost Killed By His Wife Because Of Meat. Mbonisi says the whole fighting thing started over a pack of meat.
A couple came on the SABC 1 show Nyan’Nyan almost called it quits for their love connection because of alleged assault and a 5kg chicken pack. The couple, Mbonisi and Nokwanda, has been together for five years. The husband, Mbonisi, reported on the SABC 1 reality show that his wife intimidated him on numerous occasions into thinking that she will stab him. At one point she almost did. Mbonisi thinks that if he didn’t try to protect himself, she would have stabbed him.
Mbonisi says the whole fighting thing started over a pack of meat. The pair was tenants in someone’s yard. When Nokwanda, the wife, went to go visit her relatives Mbonisi handed over the meat to someone that used to cook with her. He says that when she found the meat missing, she started thinking that he was nothing but a trash man. He claims that she threatened him with a knife to acknowledge that he wasn’t loyal to her.
Nokwanda says that she did not do any of the things that she is accused of. She said her husband was the one who was assaulting her. Mbonisi served Nokwanda with a restraining order. Some fans were baffled by the fight being about a simple meat pack and others stressed that males can also be abused by women.
