Ringo Madlingozi Is On The EFF Parliamentary List

Ringo Madlingozi has been a music household name for every home in South Africa.

Since the music legend left the music scene he has joined the EFF.

The EFF has recently released its parliament election list for the May 8 elections.

The artist has made it to number 39 on the EFF election list as Brian Sindile Madlingozi.

Madlingozi has been involved in the happenings of the EFF, attending events hosted by the party such as Africa Day. He said on Twitter that the EFF is his home.

“I never knew there would be people who truly would love, protect, and fight for the downtrodden,” says Madlingozi.

Tweeps made jokes about the singer’s place on the election list.

@MTshwete says, “Chair : on what point of order are you rising ? Ringo: “Into Yam””

@tshepo_segodi did not like that the singer replaced actor Fana Mokoena saying that “Fana Mokoena to be replaced by Ringo Is this fair”

This is the first time that the singer has entered the political arena.

Ringo Madlingozi’s appearance on the parliamentary election list is the biggest surprise that has come out of the EFF election list.
